Questions before you order.
The short, honest answers. For the full detail, the Sizing Guide and the Shipping & Returns page carry the weight.
What shirts do you print on?
Two blanks. A heavyweight, garment-dyed tee for a relaxed feel, and a classic mid-weight tee for a closer fit. Both are chosen for how they wear, not just how they take a print.
How do your shirts fit?
The heavyweight runs relaxed and a little boxy. The classic runs true to size. Exact measurements for both live on the Sizing Guide.
What size should I order?
Measure a shirt you already wear and like, lay it flat, and match it to the charts on the Sizing Guide. When you fall between sizes, follow the fit note for that blank.
How long until my order ships?
Most pieces are made to order, so they take longer than off-the-shelf stock. Production runs 3 to 4 business days before transit, and a little longer during holidays. Full timing is on the Shipping & Returns page.
Why does made-to-order take longer?
Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. Your shirt is printed and finished after you order, which cuts waste and lets us carry more designs. The trade is a few extra days up front.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, within the window listed on the Shipping & Returns page, on pieces that are unworn and unwashed. If a piece arrived flawed or wrong, email us and we will make it right.
How do I start a return?
Email support@firstriseoutfitters.com with your order number and what you need. The full steps are on the Shipping & Returns page.
How do I care for a garment-dyed tee?
Wash cold and inside out. Dry low or hang. The color softens over time, and that fade is the point, not a flaw. Full care notes are on the Sizing Guide.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, with rates calculated at checkout. Customs fees, VAT, and import duties are your responsibility. Full detail is on the Shipping & Returns page.
What do the designs draw from?
National parks, native species, and the water and ground you fish, hunt, and hike. Each design is drawn from real places, not stock art.
Can I request a custom design?
If you have something in mind, email us and we will tell you what we can do.
