Refund policy

Every order is covered for 30 days from the day it is delivered.

First Rise Outfitters is a brand of Battlefield Industries, Inc., Casper, WY. Every piece we sell is printed after you order it. That shapes this policy, so here is the honest version.

What is covered

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not what you ordered — wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color sent — email support@firstriseoutfitters.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your call. You pay nothing. Nothing ships back. There is no return label and no trip to the post office. Keep the original or pass it on.

Orders lost in transit are covered the same way. Tell us and we will make it right.

What is not covered

Ordering the wrong size. Read the sizing guide before you buy. Every piece is printed for your order specifically, so there is no stock to swap it against and nothing goes back on a shelf. If you are unsure between two sizes, email us before you order and we will talk it through.

Change of mind. For the same reason, we do not accept returns simply because you decided you did not want the item. We would rather say that up front than take the order and argue about it later.

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union: 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. This statutory right applies in addition to everything above. To exercise it, contact support@firstriseoutfitters.com. For change-of-mind cancellations under this right, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, and you will need proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved we refund your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days of approval. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not seen it, email support@firstriseoutfitters.com.
