Shipping policy

First Rise Outfitters is a brand of Battlefield Industries, Inc., Casper, WY. Every piece is printed after you order it, which makes our timeline longer than a warehouse brand. Here is exactly how it works.

Production time

Orders are produced in 1 to 2 business days before they ship. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Transit time is added on top of production. During holidays and high-volume periods, production can run longer. You receive tracking by email when your order leaves.

Total time to your door

Roughly 3 to 7 business days from order to delivery. That is 1 to 2 business days production plus 2 to 5 business days in transit.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and holiday volume can push them out.

Carriers

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL eCommerce, depending on the fulfillment location and your destination. The carrier for your order is shown in your tracking email.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is a flat $8.00. Express shipping is $15.00, charged at checkout.

Free shipping

Free shipping on orders over $75.

Thresholds apply to the order subtotal before tax and shipping.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Checkout will not accept an address outside the US.
