Every order is covered for 30 days. If something's wrong, we make it right. That's the policy. Everything below is just the details.
If It Arrives Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your call. Keep the original. No return label, no trip to the post office.
If the Size Isn't Right
Check the sizing guide before you order. Our shirts run true to size, but if yours doesn't fit, we'll replace it in the right size once, free. Pass the first one to a fishing buddy.
If You Just Don't Love It
Full refund within 30 days. You don't need a reason and you don't need to ship it back. Each piece is printed when you order it, so returns don't go back on a shelf. Keep it or give it away.
How to Reach Us
Email support@firstriseoutfitters.com with your order number. If something arrived damaged or misprinted, include a photo. We respond within 2 business days.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. The Promise covers one replacement per item. Orders lost in transit are covered too. Just tell us.
