What happens after you check out.
Most of what we make is printed and sewn to order. That changes the timeline, so here is the honest version of how your order moves from the cutting table to your door.
Processing & shipping times
Every item is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting, which keeps the catalog wide and cuts waste, but it adds a few days up front.
Production usually takes 3 to 4 business days before your order ships. Transit time is added on top of that. During holidays and high-volume periods, production can run longer. You will get tracking by email when your order leaves.

Domestic shipping
We ship across the United States through USPS, UPS, and DHL eCommerce, depending on the fulfillment location and your destination.
Standard shipping is a flat $4.99, and orders over $75 ship free. Expedited shipping is available at checkout at calculated rates.
International shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.
Customs fees, VAT, and import duties are set by your country and are your responsibility, not ours.
Returns & exchanges
We want the piece to fit and to hold up. If it misses on either, reach out within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
You cover return shipping, with one exception. If your item arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or a defect is confirmed, we cover the replacement or refund and you pay nothing.
How to start a return
- EmailWrite support@firstriseoutfitters.com with your order number and what you need: a size swap, a different piece, or a refund.
- WaitWe send return instructions and an address. Do not ship anything back before you hear from us.
- SendPack the item in its original condition and ship it back within the window.
- ResolveOnce it arrives and checks out, we process your exchange or refund.
Final sale items
Made-to-order and custom pieces may be final sale, since they are produced for your order specifically. If a piece is final sale, it is marked on the product page before you buy.
