What happens after you check out.
Most of what we make is printed and sewn to order. That changes the timeline, so here is the honest version of how your order moves from the cutting table to your door.
Processing & shipping times
Every item is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting, which keeps the catalog wide and cuts waste, but it adds a few days up front.
Production takes 1 to 2 business days before your order ships. Transit time is added on top of that. During holidays and high-volume periods, production can run longer. You will get tracking by email when your order leaves.
Total time from order to door: roughly 3 to 7 business days. That is production plus transit. Every piece is printed for your order, so nothing ships the same day.

Domestic shipping
We ship across the United States through USPS, UPS, and DHL eCommerce, depending on the fulfillment location and your destination.
Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout and starts at $4.75. Orders over $55 ship free.
Domestic transit is 2 to 5 business days after your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. Checkout will not accept an address outside the US.
Returns & exchanges
Every order is covered for 30 days from delivery. If it arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not what you ordered, email a photo and we send a replacement or a full refund, your call. You pay nothing and nothing ships back.
Ordering the wrong size is not covered, so read the Sizing Guide before you buy. Neither are change-of-mind returns. Every piece is printed for your order specifically, so there is no stock to swap against and nothing goes back on a shelf.
Shipping to the EU? You keep your statutory 14-day right to cancel, which sits on top of everything above.

How to start a claim
- EmailWrite support@firstriseoutfitters.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
- WaitWe look at the photo. Usually same day, always within one business day.
- ResolveWe send a replacement or refund your original payment method, your call. Refunds land in 5 to 10 business days.
You never ship anything back. Keep the original or pass it to a fishing buddy.
Final sale items
Everything we make is produced for your order specifically, so nothing is returnable for change of mind or for a size you picked yourself. Damaged, misprinted and wrong items are always covered for 30 days regardless.
